I had a weird problem occur... I clicked "accept" on that study on decision-making survey for $2.50 and it said I had already completed the max number of HITs for this requestor... but then after I returned the HIT my profile shows that the HIT was submitted and is now awaiting approval! I have no idea what happened here but now I'm worried that I am going to get my first ever rejection due to some kind of glitch in the system. Any ideas or suggestions?

I think when you first accepted it, you couldn't see the link (because of the color background) so you pushed the first button available, expecting it to bring you to the survey.
instead, it submitted.
you didn't realize it, you just noticed you were at the hits.search page
you attempted to look in your queue, and it was empty
so you accepted it again, and it said you already completed it.

contact the requester, perhaps they'll allow for you a remedy
