So if you complete the first part of the initial hit, and when you go to do the second part and it tell you that the game is full and try again later, you have to return the hit, (wasted my time) but are you able to accept another hit later on?

not sure about this hit in particular, but for most hits that say 'too full, try again later' you can close the survey window and periodically reopen it and eventually it'll let you in.

Sure. and you'd be paid for both parts without the need to repeat the one you've already done.. just make sure you submit the survey code for both (i.e,.the one you've done in the past, as you try to do it again, it won't allow you and it will display your code).

True. But I returned it, as I did have other hits coming in.
