I think the person must be clicking the "once" button

When I add a HIT from my Finder to my Catcher I only add once and it doesn't do that to me. I figure the other option was for batch HITs, which I generally don't do. I don't know what's up with his MTS. If I were him, I'd just uninstall and reinstall.

I was feeling the exact same thing yesterday. I don't feel enough people have any Turk101 under their belt. So many people were referring to PC as just panda that I couldn't figure out what was going on and had to go HITS Only. (For anyone who doesn't but should know, PandA is short for preview and accept, and is the basis for any "hitgrabber" and can be done without a script or an extension) People are diving in the deep end because they see everyone else there and wondering why they are having trouble swimming.

This is why I stopped helping people "learn to turk". Granted, when I started, we did have several scripts and I used TM and HitFinder regularly, but I also didn't find those until I'd been turking for a bit on my own (and making next to nothing, lol!). And I read the forums and figured out what things were before I started using them and experimenting on my own. It was all baby steps and I didn't expect to pull in big bucks overnight.

Now people want me to spend an hour downloading all of my experience to them so they can earn what I do immediately. Um. No. The only human I will help do this is my son once he is old enough to turk (because the more he earns the less I have to fork out for his college expenses, lol!)

I did reinstall, so this turker could legitly be having issues related to an as of yet unknown bug etc...

Nope, not gunna happen on mturk. In the long run you can make lots, but at the beginning? Most of us don't. (Hell, I still don't but that's because I have a full time job in addition to all of my online work!)

Obviously it's different for everyone, and I'm a slow learner when it comes to scripts so I assume I'll always be trying to figure things out, but uhh... what would be the point that you would tell someone to hurry it up if they were still bumbling?

I did some Mturk 3-4 years ago, I think I was on this site, my avatar was rainbow bread

but I can't find the account or remember the exact name.

Got so many scripts on my computer that I abandoned Chrome forever on that laptop unless I wanted to do mturk things. Now I'm back I thought I'd see if the suite had it all.

Just thought I'd say that in case I'm what started this conversation about information sharing. Doesn't help none but I thought I'd say it and mention that googling MTS and Pandas brings up a lot of advice on how to get crazy panda to work.

Now I gotta go get my car inspected.

Agree completely. Just passed the 6 month mark myself and I finally started making something resembling consistent money.
