I know somone named Niam and that is how her name is pronounced. I have to forget how it's spelled so I don't screw it up, lol.

I think it's Nee-ev or something like that. I looked it up a long time ago, read it in a king author type book, I don't remember which one. I remember there was a dog in it too,

I turked back in 2014. Got what I needed from it then moved on. I recently came back. Had to relearn everything. Was a pain in the butt, but I went back to the usual sources on Reddit. Read up on the new platform and scripts. Played around and finally got things to start sticking again. Found this forum and I mainly like to see all the back and forth between everyone. I am a stay at home mom, so for the majority of the day this is where there is a connection to the outside world lol.

They know what they are getting. You aren't the only person grading them. You're really there to just point out things that would be obvious to most people. Then they are redone by different people, then peer/teacher reviewed. They could easily add a MedWorker qual, if they thought it required it.

I've wondered what the purpose was.
