wow, i was a 5 star usertester for like 40 seconds, then someone gave me 3 stars and brought me back down to 4.5 stars. weird.

and now I'm back up to 5 stars again. thats never happened in my 4 years of usertesting.

No my case was slightly different.
Apparently me and another user got put in to a room that the admins didn't have access to.
So we were sitting there for 30 minutes with our thumbs up our butts not knowing what to do.

I had to contact them and they said $50 was on the way.
