That's what I figured. Chrome updated for me on the 8th, been having this problem since...also the couple hour time estimate might have been a bit conservative.

Yeah same here. Bummer. I've been running scripts in chrome and actually doing the HITs in firefox, seems to be helping a bit.

I just let it suck up ridiculous amounts of pagefile/virtual memory until it crashes

It must be a hit or miss thing. Because I've only got 4gb of RAM and haven't noticed any significant changes. It runs as it always has, for the most part. But, I also am only running 3 chrome tabs and basically nothing else, on that pc. Has anyone let @Kadauchi know that there may be an issue?

It must be a hit or miss thing. Because I've only got 4gb of RAM and haven't noticed any significant changes. But, I also am only running 3 chrome tabs and basically nothing else, on that pc. Has anyone let @Kadauchi know that there may be an issue?

I have 32GB RAM on this PC and Chrome is using over 6 GB of it right now! I also have over 30 tabs open but have not ran into the MTS issue being discussed.
Google Chrome is up to date

Evening all! Today started out super crappy, and one of the offending items was the A/C went out. Luckily, it was only $155 to fix instead of the feared new unit. It was starting to get humid in here! The headache I've had since the CT scan 12 hours ago has not went away (maybe the dye they used? Maybe just the weather). I'll take my wins where I can get them.

It runs slow for me at times, but I also have 12 tabs open at times.
