requester name didn't sound familiar, so i checked my history. i've never even completed a hit for them. they must use several accounts.

i had the same thing happen w/ a better ups lab yesterday. i had just gotten notification that a survey was available and ended up with the same message. i emailed better up and they fixed whatever was causing that notification. worth emailing to see whether you've already taken it or if not it at least lets them know something may be wrong w/ the hit. that's all i wanted to know from better up yesterday.
