Right click the HIT url in her exports, paste it in your url bar, copy the group ID.

If you have HIT Catcher open, right-click the URL and there will be an MTS option, HIT Catcher once or multiple

I tried doing what you said (I think, but probably did something wrong) and nothing happens, it comes up the same. Thanks for your efforts to help. I guess I'm too dense....

Too bad--she posts great HITs and I never had a problem with her exports before
