on ocmp75 with these new rules can you submit the incompleted hits after 3 hours?

Wondering that myself. Their "new instructions" still aren't clear. And do we submit if an agent doesn't answer at all in those 3 hours or are we stuck returning?

If you are under 30 and you've previously done the UserBob training HIT, there should be several 1-minute UserBob HITs for you to complete soon. Qualifications name demographic1250 - demographic1350 are currently being granted with a value of 1. The process of granting these quals should not take more than 20 minutes. If you do not see some UserBob HITs that you can do after that time, send me a message with your workerId and I will investigate to see what might be wrong.
