I do mostly surveys, email submits, and watching videos. There are other things to do there though.

To me it's kind of like MTurk, you learn what are the best ways to earn and what to avoid. They have a chat function, so other users and mods help out.

Surveys are always dependent on your demo, but that is the case for any site. I find that there are more surveys for me on InstaGC than on MTurk. I do more batch hits and penny hits on MTurk.
