being a tormented spirit seems like a pretty crappy job tbh, you have to work nights & weekends & there's no benefits, they tried to tell me you don't need health or life insurance when you're a ghost???

I'd definitely message them, there's always a chance it could be an error and they'd be willing to set up a compensation hit.

No, it was very deliberately and cleverly set up the way it was - got all the data then says you don't qualify and the validation code is blank after that statement - I've spent $1 in time and more now. I reported it as against policy and fraud and asked my data from that be returned as it was collected without remuneration. I can't tell you why I didn't qualify without giving out 'confidential' survey information. I can't believe Amazon Turk allowed him to set it up the way it was.

AMT doesn't exactly proactively govern the HITs. I can't count the number of "i'll pay you 10 cents to vote for my friend's Y rated purple swimming dinosaur floating drone paper airplane" i've reported over the years and they still come in regularly.
