dude, I was so pumped a few weeks ago when I found huge rolls of Paw Patrol and PJ Masks wrapping paper with a grid for $1.50/roll at a peddler's mall!!! Made my whole week.
I busted out some Christmas Story wrapping paper the other day from 5 below. My bf was impressed.
I have so much wrapping paper and bows and all the wrapping things he just doesn't know because they're in the laundry room

I'm trying to decide what to have for lunch. I'm really not sure. I'm thinking of making a hot dog, but not sure.

aw dammit that's what I forgot to get on my list trip to dollar tree...bows. shoot. also that's hilarious. I don't understand why literally every man I've ever met is incapable of doing his own laundry unless he lives alone. as soon as there's a woman in the house, it's her job.

Did one Saturday. Hours spent staring at blurry PDF of old newspapers, transcribing every job ad.

We do the laundry together. Tonight is laundry night, actually. Neither of us ever wants to do it ever ever. (Though I do the handwash if there ever is any, and only to avoid going to the laundromat.)

I'm only bitching because today is my laundry day and I hate lugging shit back and forth to the laundromat. I love doing laundry (no, really, it's calming...lol) if I have my own washer and dryer. but I don't right now :(

Funny thing, he does his own laundry, he just doesn't pay attention I guess.

Similar. He insists you can only fold clothes when they're still warm. I'm a mom with 108 loads of laundry a week, they don't get folded as they come out of the dryer. My kids started folding their own very young.

I fold them sideways. Idc which way they're folded but neither of the guys I've lived with can fold a shirt without wrinkling it, and what's the point of folding it if it's going to wrinkle?!

I manage 90% of the time but that's only because wrinkled clothes kick my anxiety into overdrive. lol.

to avoid wrinkles i just shake them out and then lay them flat on the counter in piles for the boys, no shoving them into laundry baskets.
if I had counter/table space I can almost guarantee that's what I'd do lol

Finally got it to work on iphone by using safari and manually typing in the url they give you. Couldn't copy/paste in chrome, and chrome didn't recognize it as a valid site.

Even with trouble shooting, still completed in 14 minutes. it's kind of a frustrating hit, but I guess that fits the day. Worth doing I guess.

I hate doing laundry. HATE IT. hate hate hate. Want to join a nudist colony level of hate.

I fold NOTHING! Everything is either hung or husband can fold it.

Hand laundry I kind of like doing b/c it's sort of like baking bread by hand. There's some sort of joy in the physicality of it and how it ties me back to my grannies and stuff. Like knowing you're doing something physically that is still very similar to how people have done for centuries.
Wow my feelings on laundry are very polarized.
