I haven't had to do taxes for MTurk yet (as I also started this year), but having run a small eBay business, the only 100% solid advice is to seek out a competent tax professional who can assist you with this. Anything else is just hearsay recommendations that may or may not be actually legal.

ETA: That's not to say that the links posted above aren't good, for sure--it's just much, much safer to go with a pro god forbid you get audited.
