Yeah, the actual assembly of a PC is super easy; I like your "Lego's for adults" analogy.

Researching and choosing parts is definitely a bit trickier; you have to make sure all the parts want to play together on the same team before you assemble them for the big game.

Researching parts is the worst. There needs to be a relevant statistics summary in the world of PC hardware. I haven't built a PC since 2009-10. I haven't bought any components since 2012 when NVIDIA released the GTX 660. It was not a small amount of information I had to digest to get from "I need a new computer" to "I'm going to build this one"

Yeah, usually there were several options to join or update. This time I had one that I could join, and every other one said it past the date and I could review it. So I have 2 points and can't submit until I get to 5. There isn't anything else for me to do.

Too late. I did try to just find a build that was close to what I was trying to do but my idea of budget is different than other peoples. I didn't have much luck.

So I got the email about doing the SurveyComet predict the future by Wednesday morning instead of waiting until Thursday like normal. I'm trying to do it now and there is only 1 question available so I can only get 2 of the 5 points needed. Did anyone else have any problems?

I finished a Sounding Box but the app isn't submitting to the server . . . appears to just be sitting there . . . I tried to submit and it said send an email . . . if it's close to running out of time I should what, let it expire and email them a screenshot of the non-loading and the expiring?

Upload to craigslist, or one of the other sell and buy apps at double the price you want. By tomorrow afternoon, someone will bite. Or, just call your Mom, mother's will always help with a problem!

Not desperate or anything, just haven't made much today. I will probably sell a few things soon, I have done that before, used to do a lot of that.

Funny that "desperate implied prostitution" is probably my most-responded-to post on MTC tho.
