I need to do the qual hit so I can get the qual (maybe, if they let me have it) so I can do more. At first I was all Joe Friday when I started doing them, but now I realize in real life most users will have other issues going on!

Did you lose the qual? I don't really want an agent to joke around with me. I'm trying to make my money and allow the agent to make their money as fast as possible while fulfilling the requester's requirements.
