Is summer as dead as I'd imagine, I'm an mturk child of fall/winter where there was some work for a newb like me then holidays and then there was none and I'd expect summer children to be harder than a sweet spoiled fall child like me.

You could search the RequesterID on https://turkerview.com/ and there's a box to contact requester.

It doesn't fully dry up like Late December into early/mid January but yea the surveys become less/lower paying.

Last year was especially bad with the bot scare, we'll see how this summer goes.
Sometimes the batches are good enough that the lack of surveys doesn't matter as much.
