its been going out intermittently (not qualtrics itself) but the ISPs connection to it. I have been having trouble yesterday and today with it. I ran a backup internet connection through my network to confirm it wasn't any of my equipment. one isp connects to qualtrics the other doesn't (or does intermittently). if I use my phone's data plan, that works as well, so its not qualtrics' problem on its own.

What error are you guys getting? It's likely that you need to clear your cookies from qualtrics.

Quick question. Does having a less than 1% reject rate open up very many HITS?
