What got you into tennis? I remember watching the Mahut v Isner 11 hour match back in 2010, and ever since then I try to catch most major tournaments.

The ability to block masters HITs was part of a script that @Kadauchi made for the forum a few years ago. It doesn't work with the new forum version, so it needs to be updated as well. He'll get to it though, but I'm sure he has plenty of other stuff that he's working on too, so we just need to be patient.



It's just the 'direct to forum' export that's not working. You can still post them any other way (like the BB code export).



Yeah, I had to turn it off for the time being, sorry. Our system load nearly doubled since this update went live and I haven't been able to track down anything specific that might be causing that. It got bad enough that the server started throwing 503 errors at one point yesterday, so I had to disable some addons to lighten some of that load. Since that addon can more than double the amount of data pulled from the database every time a page loads, I would just rather leave it off until I can figure out what's going on. My plan for today though includes looking into some ways to improve server performance by re-tuning some things on the back end, so hopefully that addon won't be disabled for long.

Mon/Tuesday for the new version probably. I have to get out a build for Turkernator today.

No rush, but I think the forum tool would probably be best first. HITs can still be posted manually for now, so I don't think that's a huge deal.

it’s hard to explain. i started really watching in Fall of 2011. i just found the variety to be interesting. different courts, different styles of play, etc. i also like how non-stop it is. new tournaments every week for 11 months of the year

I am not normally freaked out by spiders, but one just fell from the ceiling onto my hand while I was using the mouse just now. It fell hard, too. Scared the hell out of me. Then I noticed the poor guy only had 7 legs, so that might explain the sudden fall. I brushed him off to my side table.
