Does anyone else enjoy a good omlette? I mean, I can't think of a better thing to do with eggs than to make crazy omlettes filled with varieties of good stuff. I'm partial to taco/chorizo omlettes and spinach omlettes, but if you can dream it, you can omlette it...

I don't like omelettes. I'm weird with eggs. Besides cheese and salt I don't really want anything else touching my eggs. Ok, bread can touch eggs, too.

I love omelets. But I really hate it when restaurants put cheese inside and on top of the omelet. I'm from Wisconsin and even I don't need that much cheese!!

I love omelettes but I'm limited on what I can make by my cooking skill at the moment.
