doesn't hit finder have an option to send an email, or did i just imagine that? the pushbullet thing , i never used it so not really sure what it does. you could probably use that to send alerts to your phone instead of having to buy something.Based on the early HIT exports, looks like it might be another one of those mornings where 95% of the surveys will be 50 cents or less. ;(
I must be mentally messed up because I was thinking about turk while taking my early morning hours nap. I was thinking of turk and baby monitors - cheaper than a laptop newer than my XP-vintage one that I would never put on the internet anymore and would get the job done of being able to monitor my desktop for Hit Catcher audible notifications. I figure I could set up the transmitter next to the speaker of my PC and take the receiver to the kitchen, outside, etc. and break the tether to having to be in the vicinity of the computer room. The monitor wouldn't need to be a fancy one as I need audio relay (video relay won't work for the purpose) and even if the audio was distorted that you couldn't understand it, you know that Hit Catcher made a sound notification when it caught a hit or when turk got logged out.
Am I crazy with this idea? Any recommendations for an continuous audio-relaying baby monitor that costs under $40?
if you dont wanna do that maybe pair a cheap bluetooth speaker to you comp and just have that in another room
