fermented tea. brewed with a SCOBY - symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. don't look up SCOBYs it looks gross. Drink is slightly sweet, slightly sour, and slightly fizzy. It's delicious.

it is. it helped me cut down my alcohol intake before. Has a similar feel to like a beer. And it's good for you, can help with your gut biome and whatnot.
