Besides turkers, sounds like Amazon sellers were also. I think anyone who tried to transfer into their bank account on that day, received the fail message and retried again (some multiple times like me) are in negative territory with us.

I decided to hold off after seeing the reports from late last week.

I would have done it by now seeing how things seem to be returning to normal but I'm holding off longer so I can wait until Oct 25th to pay my state/local taxes on the transferred amount rather than transfer it to my bank by Sept 1 and owing those taxes by Sept 25th.

Yeah I did my regular transfer yesterday and today it went through, thankfully I didn't get hit from this payments fiasco.
