It seems like once every few months, that requester shows up again with a horrific survey. Lots of "OMG WTF" kinda comments here: https://turkopticon.ucsd.edu/reports?id=A2LQ4N9RDPSDIX

I've done 4 surveys by this requester. They all seem to involve some rather sensitive questions. At the very least you're going to have an opinion. There was only one though that I found particularly disturbing, and I think that's the one that I posted earlier in the thread. I wasn't allowed to take it again, but based upon the title, I think it's the one. I just wasn't paying attention earlier. Sorry if someone ventured into that without a warning.

I did a Takarangi survey earlier today that wasn't too bad, then posted this hit thinking it was the same, but it's not. I wouldn't call it sick, people have to do research, but the images might not be palatable to everyone.

Just finished it. It was similar to the one I've taken from them before. They did pay out full bonus last time.

No, I have no idea what that is. I've been binge watching Breaking Bad for about a month, but I finished the last episode of that on Sunday evening, and I'm at a loss until Kimmy or Orange is the New Black begins again.
