I run into that every so often with Firefox, I usually switch it to Chrome for any type of video involved.

Yeah, but I haven't heard back. I opened the hit up again and it gave me new videos so I just started all over and it worked all the way through. I accepted it yesterday so it was going to expire if I waited too long for them to reply.
