not sure I'd do that. The supply of cats far exceeds the demand of cats and I don't see that changing in the near future. If people start practicing responsible cat ownership, you might be onto something with strategic cat reserves when demand outpaces supply -- EDIT: -- and we need to release the cats and write a song "Who let the cats out?".
