Hey guys.... Long story short is that I had to reset my Chromebook. I had to reinstall MTS and Panda. Even MTC looks different now. Usually anything I'm interested in that's unavailable I hit Panda on. Now I'm not seeing where you can click Panda on pretty much any of the posts from here. Any help?

There should be an icon that looks like a picture on the task bar next to the smile face...that's where you can insert your picture.

It did that to me one time after a fresh installation and I can't remember what I did. It was probably a reboot and then all worked fine.
