In crisis mode and need some help.

My mturk and amazon accounts have locked me out and amazon wants to know the expiration date of a card I no longer have, my last 3 amazon purchases, and the exact amount of my gift card balance...none of which I know. Is there an mturk-specific line I can call? has anyone dealt with this before?

Happened to me a couple months ago. I just called the number given and it was resolved in about 60 seconds.

Yes, we need to switch to the new payment scheme by Jan 15. We have the option of Amazon gift cards... or direct deposit into a bank account. You can add a bank account during the switch (acct # and routing #). We also select our preferred payment schedule: 3 days, 7 days, etc.

I had to call 3 different times to get different security options and finally passed. That was annoying and stupid as fuck.

It worked fine for me. Do you have any scripts turned on? Sometimes those interfere with specific hits.

I do, but I just disabled everything and tried again and still no luck so dunno. I think this happened the last time this was posted as well.

I know I have weird issues in Chrome and Firefox for various HITs with no good explanation, too. It annoys me when something behind the scenes is being stupid.
