What is everyone's standard procedure for when a survey doesn't provide a code? Submit with worker ID? Should I contact the requester first?

I think they key is gonna be San Fran's good offense vs Chief's crappy defense. I feel like a healthy Pat Mahomes puts up infinity points, but the chief's defense is so bad that they might allow infinity+1

I always just put a note in the code bar that says "I completed the survey but I didn't see a code. My worker id is A*******"

I feel like Jimmy Garoppolo always gives other teams a chance for turnovers at least a few times a game though. That Niners Defense is insane.
