I'm a bit neurotic, but I always take a screenshot of the final submission page of the survey too. I add in that I have a screenshot for confirmation of completion to the boilerplate message I have for no codes. Just in case the requester is an ass.

It's always a damn 30-50 cent survey too.

Did you update to the latest version of UT extension that they released Monday? It would mess up and not allow me to click "next" before I upgraded it.

I usually just leave a note in the box that there was no code. I don't put my worker ID or message them because it just feels a little redundant to me.
