I try to donate portions of my bonus if I'm doing well that day and I actually care about the cause it is asking to donate to.
How often those two line up together though is a different story...

So there is still no fix to the chrome recorder (as far as I know because it hasn't been updated since the 27th according to the chrome store)

I found a way you can do the chrome tests on Firefox.

All you have to do is:

1. Accept the test in Chrome
2. Once the 15:00 timer starts, close out chrome
3. open firefox and log in to usertesting.com
4. Click the link they give you to go to the recorder screen
5. You should see a link to start the test. It will open the old usertesting.com recorder.

It depends on the bonus amount and what portion of it they will let you donate. If it is a decent bonus and they let you share a portion of it, I'll usually split it with them. The way I look at it, I wasn't entitled to that money to start with, so why not share it with a charitable organization. If the bonus is like 10 or 15 cents, I'll usually just let them have it. I don't count bonuses toward my daily goal, so if I give some of the bonus money to charity it isn't like I am hurting myself. It happens so infrequently anyways, it's not like I am giving up tens of dollars a day to charity.
