I did not get a code, and submitted with worker ID and no code provided. Anyone else get rejected?

My dashboard shows paid on this one. I think I did get a code because I don't think I had any code failures today. I can't recall a single specific thing about this survey though.

That being said, I've done like you did many times before when I didn't get a code and, knock on wood, have always been paid so far, so I feel your pain.

I looked the requester up on TV, and there was only one review by someone else who got rejection with reason "wrong code, code was in personality question." So I guess it must have slipped by me....
