need irs portal to become active for still-need-to-file so i can give my bank info for a direct deposit.

at least they prettied up the website so its easier to find where my portal link will be when ready:

news report tonight says IRS expects first wave of Economic Impact Payments to be direct deposit completed by mid-week.
