I totally agree. I think this place has a lot of potential, this could have been the best year for such a platform because of the pandemic but I don't see any effort aimed to develop its huge potential. I'm still waiting for them to add a mediator between requester and worker to handle rejections, they should know by now that some of them are unfair and undeserved. Paypal for example offers a decent service to handle disputes and it's free. They should also screen workers better and stick to a certain number in order to guarantee each and every one of us a decent wage. The problem is that in 3 years, I have seen 0 improvements, they literally didn't do anything to make it a better place, they didn't even bother to change the background color to make it look different.... They couldn't care less. They want the money but they are not investing any.
