I barely worked last sept so i can't compare but it's been feeling very sluggish this month tbhI've been wondering the same thing. I just looked back at the last couple of years and my September was hundreds of dollars higher by this point.
My guess is this fall will be slow. You have a lot of colleges still figuring out what exactly they should be doing while trying to maximize profits out of their students by bringing them back and then going online only after the inevitable outbreak of Covid.Think it'll pick up this year ? Its mid sept should have been cooking already
I feel the same way too, its amazing that i had record breaking months when covid was in full swing then by mid aug it was all tumbleweeds. Who knows it might just pick back up randomly this month. Lets wait and seeMy guess is this fall will be slow. You have a lot of colleges still figuring out what exactly they should be doing while trying to maximize profits out of their students by bringing them back and then going online only after the inevitable outbreak of Covid.
Work will probably be more *steady in the spring, but I don't think it will reach the same amount of work till later next year when colleges are back to normal if a vaccine is to the public at that point, which the CDC head said will not be till 2d quarter 2021 at the earliest.
Edit: I can't type good.
