Yea... they are bonusing but I think users are not rating and just hitting the end conversation button. Eventhough it says required you can just hit the button and leave the convo. OR people just hate the agents and are giving everyone bad ratings .

Yea... they are bonusing but I think users are not rating and just hitting the end conversation button. Eventhough it says required you can just hit the button and leave the convo. OR people just hate the agents and are giving everyone bad ratings .

I don't know about the 13 rating, because it's been a couple of weeks since I've done them. We are asked to rate in the beginning the amount of time for a response. I don't know if that's included, but it's clear that we rate according to time taken for initial response. There are time stamps. I have to rate according to that. After that, I rate everything really high, and leave in the note section that it is not the agent's fault that they didn't arrive within a certain amount of time.
