Anyone else having issue with the 'Eye catching photos' hit having the panda send back fake positives? And yes, I've updated, no other hit on my panda list is doing it.

I don't think it asks for the original wait time. It says "response" time. The agent can't respond if he/she isn't there. I rate according to their response time once they start responding.

I just caught one to see if I was majorly screwing people out of money. Even though I misunderstood the initial question, my ratings equated to 23 or above.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but if there's no actual background info that looks like a bio of some sort then its still no imo

there's usually ones that aren't called 'my background' but has some info, but that question specifically asks for the 'my background' so i was confused
