Is anyone else EXTREMELY so the past couple weeks? I was making $30-$40 a day in the summer and now I can barely make $15 a day. Anyone else?

It's awful on mturk. Honestly, if you (or anyone) needs an income - I'd highly recommend finding a job-job. Or finding other side-gigs. (It's my honest advice)

I really don't think the platform is going to get better. It has steadily declined over the years. I see no reason to expect any improvement.

I work a full time job and do this when I have down time, but it was really nice supplemental income and a good way to pay down my student loans and debt. Now I'm barely making anything.

Well it's getting downright cold here and my wood stove isn't cutting it. Don't get me wrong, it is a lot better than it was last year but I'm still going to have to supplement with some other kind of heat.

you can also get one of those fans for the top of the stove (to help circulate the hot air).
(that just sort of helps - it doesn't heat the whole house)

I will look into it. I have the upstairs closed for the winter because my kids are small and we don't use it yet. But the heat has a hard time getting to the bedroom. I have a box fan trying to help circulate but so far it only heats the living room up to a temperature you can stand. I think I'll look into an electric heater for the bedroom, but something that is more energy friendly. My power bills were out of this world last year and I can't go through that mess again.

My Aunt and Grandma swear by their electric blankets, much less energy cost and less risk of a kid, pet accident, breaker reset, or fire than a space heater.
