I've been meaning to send daughter to King Arthur's (for one of their classes). Maybe this summer

my NYC bagels turned out pretty damned good. And yes, jim lahey no knead bread is the bomb. And the longer you use the same bowl, it tastes more and more like sourdough.
Are the King Arthur classes online?? I'd love to take some. I really need to up my baking skills

Hmmm...another very good day on Prolific and no so much on Mturk. I was telling someone that I might have found just as much in change on the ground across the street in the shopping center as I made on Mturk today, lol. Hopefully Mturk was better for others. It seems like I had to throw most of my Mturk surveys back for various reasons like low approval rating or vast amounts of work for pennies, etc.
