Sometimes if you google the requester name with mTurk, it's been posted elsewhere?

Nevermind, I figured it out. She has a hidden review and I was able to "review requester" from there once I found it.

Oh, I posted her name upthread It's Alena Kostyk. But I think I worked it out. She had a hidden review that doesn't show up on a regular search (wish I'd been able to read it before, though; it was an unfair rejection), and I was able to select "review requester" from there
