I used the "send feedback" button within the HIT to tell them about that. They don't respond to "send a message to requester" emails, but they do usually respond if you use that button.

OCMP used to be fairly communicative, I think they became significantly less so after receiving hundreds of messages every qualification batch describing the magnitude their incompetence.
