I don't know if I am supposed to say, but there's a timer and I really don't know that they're counting words. It was really, really, really easy for me. You can just spew whatever comes into your head, it doesn't matter at all.

EDIT - I, for instance, just made something up about an alien named Phrengle living on planet Blork and going to the Very High Up Floating Mountains to get career advice from a trellik priest. I then explained that trelliks are basically yaks.
