I have 1 rule abut drinking. Don't drink 2 days in a row. I had that same rule when I was throwing parties at 18 yrs old and all my friends were 15-20. It generally applied to much harder things than alcohol but I think it's a good rule that still applies. I break it sometimes but as long as I always go back to it I think I'm good. And there's always room for improvement.
