Yeah I need a 1080 since I want 144 for my 144 monitor... I get 144 if I lower my graphics a little bit for frames but if I stream I'd drop a few frames, off of 144.

I know some of the pro's don't use ultra settings but they use medium shadows at least. You can see shadows come in certain doorways along with footsteps to get shots on people moving in. I've seen some sick shots because of it.

every since the beginning of pro gaming at least shooters is low everything with some emphasis on shadows. especially now where high settings = debris flying everywhere

they've been going strong for 2-3 days now. pretty much non stop lol i've made $100 + off them over the weekend and they're all i'm touching not bad for fun coupons

and I have not turked for days so completely missed out.

but my kid now owes my ass for being THERE so it's a win!

Its a shame too because everything really looks good in that game. I really like the art style.

That'll likely be worth it. AMD's new GPUs and CPUs should be around by then as well (well the CPUs at least). Perfect time to start saving money for a new build.

running ultra is fine and you can play at a high level its only if you're in a highly competitive environment where you're playing with other folks with exactly the same settings tweaked to their individual preferences and mouse settings / keybinds etc if you do casual scrims / tournaments thats when you'd run those. otherwise enjoy the view games are pretty now for a reason

When I played league at a high level I had to force myself to play at specific settings because of particle effects. If I messed with them too much I would either miss something in all the particles if they were too high or miss something if they were too low. Majority of the time I'll probably limit it with a few casual days where I boost it.
