They get mad at you if you do that. I think you just have to mark N/A for all of them and leave a comment

Yep. TO mods seem to only want fairness used for approve/reject and nothing else. I agree with @Ken_Kaniff. Just write about what happened so others can read it. You don't have to fill in any numbers.

Yep. TO mods seem to only want fairness used for approve/reject and nothing else. I agree with @Ken_Kaniff. Just write about what happened so others can read it. You don't have to fill in any numbers.

They seem to have amended it recently to allow it to indicate unannounced screeners, but if I'm in doubt, I just don't fill in any of the bubbles.

Yup, same. I'd rather leave numbers blank and just write stuff than do the wrong number thingy and get yelled at.
