If I recall right, that'l pop up from time to time, and 1-4 refreshes will fix it. Now when I hit 300, I did 30 refreshes just to be sure, kept saying it, so returned the last 5 I had.

I think it was when MTurk was closed for some pre-scheduled maintenance that one time. It was down for a few hours.
