I think it depends on whether it fully loaded or not but there's a good chance I'm accidentally making this up.

I think it counts the number accepted as opposed to the number submitted, so I'd assume so.

Or maybe that's just Mturk in general and Google plays by their own rules. It may be dependent on whether or not you've sullied the HIT by looking at it with your dirty eyeballs.
