I am the worst turker alive.

I don't think so. But, I feel like, and I'm often wrong, :/ maybe you're being too picky about which HITs to do? The key is to grab enough stuff to make you a hair more than busy. That will help to keep you focused on completing surveys, which is step 2. If you are trying to maximize cash, and are using TM, use the 2 default "Surveys over $.75/$.25" watchers. Grab everything you see with a green TO and some stuff with yellow, because a bad score on communication, can tank it to yellow, instantly. Use "queue order fix" script to pound them out once you have a few.(6-8) Then, while you are doing them, if another survey "pops up" on MTC or TM, grab it. It will order itself. As you open them, you can be more picky, as to which ones you will actually complete. Throw back the ones you won't or can't do. Check "Assigned HITs" occasionally, to see how your timers are looking if you feel like you are falling behind, now is the time to be choosy. Pick the next highest paying survey that you have time to complete and do it, while returning anything before it that you won't have time to complete. Grabbing lots of stuff, at the beginning, is the key. This makes it so you are always working and not, just hanging out. Plus, it's good to try a bunch of different things when you start off because, a lot of things you won't be qualified for. So, try and do them all. I also find that if I am not making money while at my desk, due to surfing, the forum or media viewing, I get up and walk away. The draw of wanting to make more money pulls me back with renewed determination. This helps me a lot. TL:dr Sorry I talk too much, sometimes.
