That's where I'm from. It's easy to do homemade though. May take a couple tries to get it how you prefer. Just boil the beans then add onion and bell pepper. Let it simmer. Watch the liquid levels add more if needed. Throw in sausage 30 minutes before it's done. And Tony's. Lots of it. And cornbread.Zatarains is too salty
