When my other half has nightmares, and she's tossing and turning (She sometimes even talks or yells in her sleep lol) do you think it's okay to wake her? even though it's super hard for her to fall asleep? I was always curious as to what people do in this situation because I hate waking people but at the same time nightmares are sorta like suffering in a sense.

I literally always have nightmares when I sleep if I dream, and if I displayed outward symptoms that bad, I'd loveto be woken up.
It depends on how well you know the person, though. Will she be upset at lack of sleep? I'd much prefer to be waken up from a really bad nightmare because I will eventually wake up worse for wear in the end, but that's up to you, really.

For me, if I'm talking in my sleep, I'm not in nightmare territory anymore. I've gone straight into night terrors by that point. So yeah, good thing you asked, but that's why I reacted that way.
