Anybody who is new with less than like 5k hits needs to be hamming these A9s hell even 10k. They are not glorious they are not fun they are boring and repetitive but they are without a doubt the safest quickest numbers you can possible build on.

They are too stressful for me. I only do them if I am having a slow day or close to goal.
